History and present

Švýcárna was built in 19th century and the building was used as a chalet. Over the years the place was very favourite for aristocracy to spend the free time here. The architecture is inspired by the English countryside where one of the member of the Auerspeg family Vincent Karel lived during his trips abroad. Now the premises are remaked to the interactive musem where visitors get to know the Kladruber horses.

Exhibition provides the magnetic wall with playing elements and also the study room of doctor František Bílek which is originally equipped. His personality saved the breed before extinction. During your stay in Švýcárna you can use services of the café and outside playground for children which is the part of the ground.
